I’m a multipassionate. I’m also neurodivergent. This is the core ‘why’ behind (most) of the work I do:
We stand at a pivotal moment in human history, on the cusp of an era marked by radical social change. Multiple trends and megatrends are accelerating, and as such, if individuals, teams, organisations and the wider society are to flourish in the future we have hurdles to overcome.
Thankfully, when we humans at our best, we are the most adaptable, innovative and creative creatures to have ever walked this earth. The issue is most are far from their best. Workplaces and communities foster anxiety, stress, burnout and disengagement.
This not only costs trillions in lost innovation and productivity but directly affects our ability to engage in our best thinking and creates unwelcoming and uninspiring work environments.
My mission is simple, but not easy: to help individuals and organisations unlock their inherent adaptability and creativity, to be at their best. My research shows the pathway to this lies in something many adults have overlooked, underestimated and undervalued: playfulness. This isn’t about being silly or childish. It’s about fostering curiosity, creativity and connectedness.

The world is at a pivotal point. Change is occurring at every level of society. Those who don’t understand how this is playing out, and how innovation jumps – risk falling behind.
